All digital products sold by Rise Simple Business Solutions (including CV & Cover Letter Combo, Custom Business Plan Document, Financial Tracker, and SOP Templates) are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.

Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at nsesimplebusinesssolutions@gmail.com.

Coaching & Consulting Services

All coaching and consulting sessions are delivered remotely via video call or phone. No physical delivery is required. Booking confirmation and session details will be sent to your email address after purchase.

Custom Documents

For custom documents (such as the Custom Business Plan), your completed document will be delivered to you via email within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
