All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Rise Simple Business Solutions are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products (including CV & Cover Letter Combo, Custom Business Plan Document, Financial Tracker, and SOP Templates), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Coaching & Consulting Services

All coaching and consulting session purchases are non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens — if you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we are happy to offer a reschedule in place of a refund.

• 48+ hours notice: Reschedule at no charge.
• 24–48 hours notice: Reschedule subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours notice: Session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Free consultation bookings may be rescheduled at any time at no charge.
